Ordering times
All orders are processed and packed for delivery within 1-2 business days of your purchase, excluding weekends. During seasonal periods, processing may take up to 3-4 days.
Shipping Times
At Sara Leigh Au, we offer Australia-wide shipping only from our Wee Waa studio.
Standard shipping takes 5-7 working days.
Regional deliveries take up to 10 working days.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $150.00
Flat shipping rate $9.95
Please note: Free shipping is not available during sale periods or promotional events. We absorb as much of the shipping cost as possible to bring you the best value year-round.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email using the contact details provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partners' websites.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system after dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking information within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team.
Our Couriers
For residential addresses, we use Australia Post.
For PO Boxes, we use Australia Post exclusively, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 business days.
If no one is home, Australia Post may leave your order at the front door. If delivery is not possible, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and held for 5 days.
Uncollected parcels will be returned to Sara Leigh Au. For returned orders, you'll receive a refund minus the original shipping fee. If you want your order re-shipped, you'll need to cover the full shipping cost*.

Here’s what’s covered:
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
What’s not covered:
- Stolen Packages: Once your package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to cover incidents of theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a PO box if needed.
To make a claim, please contact us at info@saraleighau.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of any damaged products and packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest!
