We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Cost of returning your item to Sara Leigh Au is at your cost.

Damages and issues

If any of our items arrive damaged, we ask that you send an email to hello@saraleighau.com quoting your order number plus photographic proof of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved we will process a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note there is often a processing time before a refund is authorised by your bank. 

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items are valid for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
